Return Policy
Final sale items are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that all final sale items and late returns sent back without prior authorization will be considered forfeited and will be handled at Kuulf's sole discretion. All gift cards are final sale and not eligible to be returned or transferred into another customer's gift card balance.
Please note that we currently only have the option to refund the original payment method and are unable to process returns as gifts at this time.
International Returns:
Return items must be received by us within 07 days of the shipped date to be eligible for a refund. Once an order has been placed, it can't be canceled or changed. In the event of a return, any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and may not be re-used. Final sale items are not returnable. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. Return labels provided by Global-E will cause a flat fee of $07 USD deducted from your return amount.
